Harbinder Singh Saini

Harbinder Singh Saini has been associated with Essar Group for over 25 years. He joined Essar as Officer Trainee and since then he has held several critical roles with various Group Companies. He has experience in human resources, and in shaping organizational culture, strategic delivery in leading change management initiatives within the Essar Group. He holds a Masters degree in Social Work and Bachelors degree in Industrial Psychology from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
