Sushil Baid

Sushil Baid is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years of experience in multi-national conglomerates in the areas of finance, group financial reporting (IFRS/US GAAP), international taxation and compliance, business strategy and operations. Currently at Essar, he leads the group reporting of the holding Company. As a Group Reporting Head, he spearheaded the implementation of IFRS across Essar and led the parent Company into fund financial status. Sushil has been involved in four IPO related financial reporting till date.
